Oinoi (Greek: Οινόη), also Inoi, accented form: Oinói is a community of the Greek prefecture of Attica. it is part of the Athens area. The name dates back to ancient times as Oenoe and is located near the modern settlement of Oinoi. Oinoi is linked with the GR-3 (Athens - Thiva). Oinoi is also linked with the GR-8A/E94 (Athens - Corinth - Patras) and the old GR-8 as well as the Attiki Odos since February 2004 with its exit southward as well as the road to Stefani and Agios Thomas. The area around Oinoi has farmlands in the valley areas, the mountains including Pateras dominates the rest of the area around Oinoi and has forests as well especially in the mountain ranges of Makri Oros (850 m) to the southwest and Pastra (1,061 m). Mandra is located about 25 km northwest of Athens, about 5 km north of Elefsina, ENE of Corinth and southeast of SSE of Thiva.
