Parelioi

Parelioi (Greek: ) is a municipality in the Corfu Prefecture, Greece. Population 7197 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Kokkini (or Kokkinion).

About Parelioi

Its main economy is based on tourism, its economy was agriculture before tourism overcame agriculture. It has beaches in Agios Gordis, Glyfada, Kondogialos and Ermones, the Corfu Interior Historic and Folklore Museum in Sinarades and Aqualand in Agios Giannis, the third largest water park in Europe.

Geography

Its farmlands are in the valley area and within the villages. The Ionian Sea are on both sides and the hills are in the middle.
