Desfina (Greek: ) is a village of the synonymous municipality with a population 2024 (2001) 200 km from Athens, 18 km from Itea and around 30 km from Delphi. In Antiquity the place was known as Echedameia.

Bishop Isaias who played a significant role in the Greek war of independence. He was killed 22 April 1821 by the Turks (the only Bishop who was killed in a fight during the Greek war of independence).
